Dementia Connections

March 18, 2018

One of the benefits in joining a golf club is that you can pick up tips from fellow golfers  which might help improve your game, knowledge you can then pass onto others.  Learning and sharing is how we connect with each other, especially when life gets a little difficult.

Peer support meetings can be a great place for men to discuss tips and strategies to manage the care  of a loved one with dementia.

An initiative of Sydney LHD,  'The Connection' is a newly formed men's group with monthly meetings at Rhodes.
