MEN CARE TOO MATTERS

Men Care Too share stories and information on a weekly basis through social media and 'MCT Monday' emails that highlight men's health and wellbeing topics from the perspective of men with caring responsibilities.  'MCT Matters' will collect some of the most relevant stories and feature them in a quarterly newsletter that can be viewed online or printed and shared with others.

MCT Matters issue 7 is now online.

Featuring an article for Men's Health Week 2020 written by MCT Founder Greg for Carers Western Australia, info about the MCT Online Blokes Club, some tips on how to bring more fun into your days and a reminder to have your say in the National Carers Survey.

MCT Matters is back for 2020 with our new issue now online.

The decision was made late last year to make MCT Matters a quarterly publication and to expand on some of the key stories featured in the weekly email MCT Monday.

The new issue features articles about waiting around and making use of your time plus a look back at what MCT achieved in 2019 and some things to look forward to this year.  Please share with your mates.

Issue number five of Men Care Too's bi-monthly newsletter MCT Matters is out now and features a look at the recently announced Carer Gateway regional service providers and asks the question, are they male friendly?

We also highlight the start of work on NSW's new Carers Strategy which is due out in 2020 plus an opportunity for blokes in caring roles to undertake First Aid training as part of local Carers Week activities planned for October.

'Tough Work'

With support from the Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network, Men Care Too hosted the ’Tough Work’ forum to strike up a local conversation about men’s health during Men's Health Week.

In this edition of MCT Matters we reflect on the forum and also look at the launch of This Is My Brave Australia, Central Coast Show, a Topic Tuesday discussion on men in caring roles hosted by SANE Australia and ask - When was the last time you sent or received a hand written thank you note?
