Men's Resource Centers FREE Well Man App is designed to improve the lives of boys and men by promoting positive lifestyle choices on a device that they carry around in their pocket and can access anywhere, anytime. Thanks to the hard work of Grant Westthorpe and Alex Arnold, anyone can download the Free Well Man App on Google Play or from the App Store.
Men Care Too will be joining the Well Man tour in Cairns on February 26th to talk about the role of family and friend carers and how staying connected with others is part of the key to being a Well Man .
